Job Opportunity: RN Step Down - Travel Position

Location: Cleveland, Ohio
Contract Length: 12 weeks

Position Summary

Seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) with Step Down unit experience for a travel assignment in Cleveland, Ohio.

Required Experience

• MMR titers (positive within last 15 years or booster protocol)
• Varicella titers (positive within last 15 years or booster protocol)
• Hepatitis B vaccination series or signed declination
• Tdap vaccination within last 10 years (no declinations accepted)
• Fit Test (completed within 1 year prior to start)
• UHS Drug Screen (10 panel, completed within 60 days of start)
• UHS Criminal Background Check (within 6 months prior to start)
• UHS OIG Search (within 6 months prior to start)
• UHS SAM/EPLS/GSA/OFAC verification (within 6 months prior to start)
• UHS Module Completion Certificate (completion of safety and compliance training modules prior to clearance)
• UHS Badge Photo (professional headshot)

Additional Requirements

• Resume including education and work history
• Two professional references within last 2 years
• Job application and UH Employment History Form (for previous employment verification at University Hospitals)
• Driver’s License or State ID (non-expired)
• UHS Skills Checklist (clinical skills checklist, to be completed once upon initial hire)
• Annual Negative PPD if 2-step PPD not done within past year (optional depending on prior testing)
