Job Opportunity: CT Technologist

Location: Florence, South Carolina
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

• Maintain a professional image and provide excellent customer relations to patients, visitors, physicians, and co-workers.
• Operate and manage day-to-day operations of the CT scanner.
• Deliver high-quality imaging to radiologists.
• Provide excellent patient care in CT.
• Ensure proper care of supplies and equipment in the CT area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Credentials & Certifications

• BLS (AHA only)
• ARRT or NMTCB certification
• SCRQSA certification
• State-specific CT Technologist License/Certificate (Primary source verification required)
• Driver's License/State ID
• Social Security Card
• Criminal Background Check (County, Statewide, National, OIG, EPLS, OFAC, NSOP, SS Trace, Education Verification; within 60 days of start, covering last 7 years)
• Employment Verification (5 years)
• McLeod Skills Checklist (clinical, completed prior to start, updated annually)
• McLeod Confirmation of Assignment (standard form required)

Required Immunizations & Health Screenings

• MMR: Proof of 2 immunizations or titer with lab printout (no declinations accepted)
• Hepatitis B: Proof of 3 vaccinations or titer with lab printout (no declinations accepted)
• Varicella: Proof of 2 immunizations or titer with lab printout (no declinations accepted)
• 2 Step PPD OR IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot): 1st within 1 year, 2nd within 30 days of start; negative Q-Gold or Tspot acceptable if within 90 days prior to start
• Drug Screen: 10 panel drug screening completed within 30 days of start (rapid drug screen not accepted)
• Influenza Vaccine: Required September through April (medical/religious exemptions considered with physician or traveler statement)
• COVID-19 Vaccine: Optional but recommended (most up-to-date vaccination card showing fully vaccinated)
• Fit Test: Optional, required for all travelers with make/model, completed within a year of start
• Positive PPD - Negative Chest X-Ray: Optional, X-ray completed within 90 days of start, uploaded with positive test results
