Required Certifications

• ARRT (Radiologic Technologist)
• BLS (Basic Life Support) - AHA or RQI accepted
• State License: Must have Indiana state license in hand before starting (pending licenses not accepted)

Work Schedule & Hours

• Must work 2 out of 3 major holidays
• Guaranteed hours options:

  • 8 and 10 hour shifts totaling 40 hours/week
  • 3 shifts of 12 hours = 36 hours/week
  • 4 shifts of 12 hours = 48 hours/week

Experience & Skills Requirements

• X-Ray experience required in:

  • Extremities
  • Abdomen/GI
  • Spine/Pelvis
  • Head
  • Chest/Thorax
  • Musculoskeletal
  • Lower and Upper Extremities
  • Surgery/C-Arm
• CT Equipment experience with Siemens and Phillips 256 slice scanners
• X-Ray Equipment experience with Siemens XR and R/F rooms, Agfa and GE portables, and GE C-arms

Compliance & Documentation Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License or Passport (clear copy)
• Background checks including:

  • 7 years residence/work history verification
  • SSN Trace, County Criminal, Statewide, National Sex Offender, FACIS Level III
  • Education verification and transcript/diploma
  • EPLS/GSA/SAM and HHS/OIG checks within 30 days of start
• Physical exam within 12 months of start
• Fit mask test within 12 months (approved respirators required)
• Immunizations and titers:

  • TB test or chest X-ray within 1 year
  • Rubeola (Measles), Mumps, Rubella: Positive titer or 2 vaccines required (no declinations)
  • Varicella: Positive titer or 2 vaccines required (no declinations)
  • Hepatitis B series, titer, or signed declination required
  • Tetanus/Diphtheria/Tdap strongly recommended
  • Seasonal Flu vaccination/documentation required (no declinations accepted)
• Negative 10-panel drug screen within 12 months
• Competency exams and color blind testing required
• References: Minimum 2 from recent employment with appropriate supervisory titles
• Employment application with full work history and explanations for gaps over 30 days

• HIPAA acknowledgment and safety manual acknowledgment required

This position is suitable for Radiology professionals with at least 1 year of experience, who hold the required certifications and Indiana state licensure, and are comfortable working night shifts with holiday coverage. First-time travelers are welcome to apply.
