Job Opportunity: CT Tech (Travel)

Location: Orange Park, Florida
Contract Length: 12 weeks

Position Overview

• Work in the CT Department with 3 CT scanners (2 GE and Siemens)
• Unit staffing: 2 techs overnight
• Equipment: GE and Siemens CT scanners
• Documentation systems: Meditech and GE Centricity
• May float to main department as needed
• Supports ER department with turnaround times, stroke, and trauma cases efficiently
• Minimal call required
• Works closely with ER team to expedite patient care

Required Qualifications

• Specialty: CT Tech
• Years of Experience: 2 years (highest required)
• Certifications:

  • ARRT CT Certification
  • Florida Radiology Tech License
  • BLS Certification
• Skills:

  • Trauma and Stroke experience required
  • GE CT scanner experience required
  • Advanced skills with Terra Recon or similar reformatting software preferred
• Procedures: Standard CT scans only; no invasive CT procedures on this shift
• Dress Code: Black scrubs (HCA Division policy)
