Job Opportunity: Radiology / Cardiology Tech (Travel/Contract)

Location: San Angelo, Texas
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

• US tech needed with ARDMS (AB) and (RVT) certifications required
• Must have transcranial doppler (TCD) experience
• Perform general, vascular, and OB scans
• Monday to Friday schedule with minimal, rare PRN call and holidays as needed
• May float to South campus
• Graduate from an accredited diagnostic medical sonography or US Tech program required
• Preferred start date within the next 3-5 weeks

Background & Compliance Requirements

• 7-year background check required within 30 days of start
• EPLS/GSA/SAM and HHS/OIG checks required within 30 days of start

• Legal name must match on all documentation (license, social security card, certifications)
• Annual background check renewal required for Aya candidates

Health & Immunization Requirements

• Physical exam within 1 year of start (must be completed within 72 hours of contract signing)
• Fit mask test within 6 months prior to start, annual updates required
• Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 1 year of start
• TB questionnaire required annually
• Immunizations required (must be completed within 72 hours of contract signing):

  • Rubeola (Measles)
  • Mumps
  • Rubella
  • Hepatitis B (positive titer or series with declination form)
  • Varicella
• Drug testing required within 30 days of start
• Seasonal flu vaccination or facility-specific declination form during flu season (10/31-3/31)
• Initial COVID series required (boosters not required)
