Travel RN Opportunity – Plano, Texas

Position Details

Unit Information

Number of Beds: 23
Number of Staff: 85+
Shifts:
- Day Shift: charge nurses, coordinators, nurse managers, transport, RN, CST, OR assistants
- Night Shift: charge nurse, 2 nurses, 2 CST, anesthesia tech, OR assistants
Patient Ratios: 1:1
EMR System: Meditech
Dress Code: Scrubs in ceil blue or royal blue for nurses
Shift Length: 10 and 12 hour shifts
Call: Department staffed 24/7; call required

Required Skills and Experience

Must Have:
- Orthopedics
- Neuro / Spine
- Robotics
- Plastics
- Trauma (Level 1)
Typical Procedures:
- Neuro / Spine surgeries
- Orthopedic trauma, total joint replacements, revisions
- Robotic surgeries (gynecology, colorectal, thoracic, urology)
- Plastic surgeries
- Trauma care

Certifications and Licenses

ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
BLS (Basic Life Support)
Registered Nurse License

Additional Notes

No floating to other areas
Unit staffed 24/7 with weekend and on-call requirements
