Position Details

• Specialty: Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN)
• Shift Hours: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
• Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36
• Weekend Shifts: Every other weekend
• Call Requirements: None
• Number of Openings: 3

Experience & Certifications

• Required Years of Experience: Minimum 3 years in Emergency Nursing (higher value between 2 and 3 years applied)
• Prior Travel Experience: Not specified / not required
• Required Certifications:

  • ACLS
  • PALS
  • BLS
  • TNCC preferred

Unit Information

• Unit: Emergency Department
• Number of Beds: 32
• Patient Ratios: 1:4 standard; higher ratio for low acuity patients
• Patient Population: Medical, injured, and mental health patients across the lifespan
• Equipment: Level I fluid warmer
• EMR System: Epic

Skills & Preferences

• Must Have: Experience with patients across the lifespan
• Preferred: Trauma care experience for patients across the lifespan
• Personality Fit: Team player

Additional Information

• Float Requirements: None
• Dress Code: Navy scrubs; must follow facility dress code
• Onboarding: Completion of assigned education modules prior to first day required
• Reporting Location: Hospital through South Entrance
