Location: Ocala, Florida

Unit Overview

• Unit: Cardiac Cath Lab
• Labs: 3 labs available
• Patient Ratio: 3:1
• Equipment: GE lab, Impella, Balloon pump, Penumbra, IVUS
• Documentation System: Merge Hemo documentation
• Scheduling: 4 ten-hour shifts with rotating call
• Floating Policy: May cover nearby sister hospital (West Marion) for STEMI call
• Dress Code: Provided OR scrubs

Required Certifications & Skills

• RCIS (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist) certification required
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification required
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
• Cath Lab Tech Certification
• Advanced skills: Electrophysiology (EP) experience preferred

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Cardiac Cath Lab or related specialty
• Prior travel experience not explicitly required

Procedures Performed

• Right and Left heart catheterization (diagnostic and interventional)
• Peripheral diagnostic and interventional procedures

Additional Information

• Rotating call and weekend coverage required
• Opportunity to work with advanced cardiac equipment and technology
• May be required to float to sister hospital for STEMI call coverage
