Job Description

• Position: XRay/CT Technologist
• Work Hours: 40 hours per week
• Variable start times
• Start Date: March 3, 2026
• Shared housing available (no pets or overnight guests allowed)
• Must provide own transportation

Required Credentials & Compliance

Certifications & Licenses

• BLS Certification (AHA preferred; Red Cross accepted by some facilities)
• Professional license verification required (no MA Conditional Licenses accepted)
• Primary source verification of license/certification within 30 days of start date
• Fit Test for N95 respirator within 365 days of start date, updated annually (no religious exemptions)
• MMR vaccination or proof of immunity required
• Influenza vaccine required during flu season (Sept 15 - April 30), no exemptions allowed
• TB test (skin or blood test) within 3 months of start date, updated if >6 month break
• Health statement signed by MD/DO/NP/PA within 365 days of start date, updated if >6 month break
• Criminal background check within 45 days prior to start date, updated if >6 month break
• Massachusetts CORI background check within 30 days prior to start date, updated if >6 month break
• National sex offender check within 30 days of start, updated annually
• Exclusion checks (OIG, GSA, MassHealth, NH Medicaid) within 30 days of start, updated annually
• Education verification of highest level achieved
• Respirator Medical Clearance attestation (if fit test required)

Additional Health Requirements

• Hepatitis B vaccination strongly preferred (3 doses or proof of immunity or declination)
• Tdap vaccine preferred (within 10 years)
• Positive PPD requires negative chest x-ray documentation
• TB symptom survey if positive PPD, updated annually

• Resume including past 7 years of work experience with city and state
• Two recent references (minimum one supervisor or above in skillset)
• Skills checklist
• Candidate submission coversheet
• Confirmation of assignment/POI form upon acceptance and for extensions
