Job Opportunity: RN - Operating Room (OR)

Location: Lafayette, Indiana
Employment Type: Travel Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Position Details

Specialty: Operating Room (OR)
Role: Registered Nurse (RN)
Number of Openings: 1
Shift: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM (4 days per week, 10-hour shifts, Monday-Friday with varying day off)
Weekend Hours: On-call shifts only
Call Requirements: Weekday and weekend call required
Unit Beds: 10 Operating Rooms
EMR System: EPIC
Equipment: Variety of OR equipment

Requirements

Years of Experience: Minimum 3 years in specialty (Operating Room)
Required Certifications:
- Registered Nurse License
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
Preferred Experience:
- Robotics training
- Vascular/Open Heart experience (not required but preferred)
Personality Fit:
- Positive attitude
- Self-starter
- Able to adapt and anticipate needs
