Experience Requirements

• Years of Experience: Minimum 1 year in specialty (Radiology / Cardiology)
• Prior Travel Experience: Not required

Certifications Required

• New Jersey State License
• ARRT (R) (MR)
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• ACLS, PALS, TNCC, NIH Stroke Certification (as applicable)
• State License Primary Source Verification
• NURSYS Verification (if applicable)
• Pass/Fail Basic Dysrhythmia Exam during orientation

Compliance & Documentation Requirements

• I9 form
• Valid Driver’s License or State ID
• E-Verify
• Background Check (7-year criminal history, education verification, EPLS/GSA/SAM, HHS/OIG)
• Physical Exam (within 2 months of start)
• Fit Mask Test (3M 1870+ model, within 12 months)
• Immunizations and Health Documents:

  • Tetanus/Diphtheria/Tdap
  • Negative TB test (Qgold or TSPOT within 90 days)
  • Annual TB Questionnaire
  • Rubeola (Measles), Mumps, Rubella vaccinations or titers
  • Hepatitis B series or declination
  • Varicella vaccination or titer
  • Seasonal Flu Vaccine or approved exemption (required during flu season)
  • COVID-19 Vaccine or Medical/Religious Exemption (Booster preferred but not required)
• Drug Testing: 10 Panel Drug Screen within 60 days prior to start
• References: 2 professional references within 2 years
• Work History Verification: Minimum 1 year prior to start (NJ candidates)
• Facility-specific training modules (approx. 6 hours, completed prior to orientation)
• Signed Orientation Safety Manual Acknowledgement
• Acknowledgement of Pass/Fail Testing for Dysrhythmia Exam

Additional Notes

• Return to Office (RTO) required upon submission
• No on-call duties
• Floating may be required to other campuses within the health system
• Facility will track completion of assigned modules and certifications
• Candidates must pass a basic dysrhythmia exam during orientation; failure results in contract cancellation

This position is suitable for healthcare professionals with at least 1 year of experience in Radiology/Cardiology, holding the required certifications and licenses, and able to meet the health and compliance requirements listed. First-time travel healthcare workers are welcome to apply.
