Job Opportunity: CT Technologist

Location: Plymouth, Indiana
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Work Schedule

• Sunday: 6:30 PM – 7:00 AM
• Wednesday: 10:30 AM – 11:00 PM
• Friday: 10:30 AM – 11:00 PM
• Weekend call coverage every 4th weekend

• ARRT Certification (CT)
• BLS Certification (American Heart Association)
• License/Certificate Verification (must be dated within 30 days of start)
• Fit Test
• Annual TB Questionnaire
• Trinity 10 Panel Drug Screen (completed within 30 days of start)
• Trinity Code of Conduct Form
• Trinity I9 Form
• Trinity Confidentiality & Security Agreement

• Trinity Joint Commission Testing (CORE Exam within the last year)
• Trinity Color Vision Test

• COVID-19 Vaccine (proof of booster, declination or exemption required)
• MMR Vaccination or IgG titer proof
• Hepatitis B Vaccination series (proof required)
• Influenza Vaccine (proof, declination or exemption required)
• 2 Step PPD OR IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot)
• Varicella Vaccination or IgG titer proof
• Physical/Health Statement (exam within last year)
• Tdap Vaccine (current, non-expired; declination accepted if no pediatric interaction)
