Job Opportunity: Cardiac Cath Lab Tech - Cardiac Cath Lab
Location: Louisville, Kentucky
Employment Type: Travel
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Position Overview
- Role: Cardiac Cath Lab Tech
- Number of Openings: 1
- Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
- Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36
- Weekend Call: 1-2 weekends during a 6-week schedule
- Call Requirements:
- Weekday call from 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM next day
- Weekend call from 7:00 AM Saturday to 7:00 AM Monday
Required Qualifications
- Specialty: Cardiac Cath Lab
- Minimum Years of Experience: 2+ years as a Cath Lab Tech
- Required Certifications:
- ACLS
- BLS
- ARRT
- KY License or RCIS (Kentucky license application proof required at submission)
- Must have skills/experience:
- 2+ years working as a Cath Lab Tech
- Experience with McKesson and Cerner EMR systems preferred (online training available if lacking)
- Float Requirements: EP Lab
Unit Information
- Number of Beds: 6 Cath Lab procedure rooms
- Patient Ratios: 1:1 in procedure room (one case at a time)
- Equipment: GE X-ray systems
- EMR Systems: McKesson Cardiology and Cerner
Preferred Experience
- Structural heart experience preferred

- Ability to work in a multidisciplinary environment

- Scrubs provided by hospital
- Prior travel experience is not explicitly required for this position
