Job Opportunity: Physical Therapist (PT) - Temp, Outpatient (Days)

Location: Sioux City, Iowa
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

• Provide professional and clinical care as part of an interdisciplinary team.
• May be required to float within the same discipline across local campuses.
• Local candidates are NOT allowable; candidates must have a taxable address more than 50 miles from the facility.
• Work schedule includes 36-40 hours/week with overtime after 40 hours.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of inpatient Physical Therapist (PT) experience.
• Active Iowa Physical Therapist license at time of submission.
• CPR certification (AHA or American Red Cross BLS).
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Skills checklist specific to Physical Therapist discipline.
• Work history/resume must demonstrate 24 months of current inpatient PT experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 1 prior travel contract completed.
• Outpatient pediatrics experience.
• Professional references or performance evaluations within the last 24 months.

Additional Information

• Orientation sessions are scheduled regularly (dates available upon request).
• Prior travel experience is preferred but not explicitly required.
