Job Opportunity: CT Tech (Radiology / Cardiology)

Location: Clinton, North Carolina
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

• Must be able to perform X-Ray and CT imaging
• Floating between X-ray and CT required
• Shift Schedule: Thursday, Friday, Saturday, 7 PM – 7 AM
• Call: Not required
• Locals allowed within a 50-mile radius
• First-time travelers accepted
• Start Date: ASAP

Required Qualifications

• Specialty: Radiology / Cardiology (CT Tech)
• Minimum Years of Experience: 1 year
• Certification: AART (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) required
• License: Must hold a valid license appropriate for CT Tech in North Carolina

Prior Travel Experience

• Not explicitly required

Required Certifications

• AART certification
• Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) as required
• Other certifications as applicable to CT Tech role

Compliance and Documentation Requirements

• Proof of I9 or Attestation
• Government-issued photo ID (must be carried during hours of service)
• Background check including 7-year criminal history, education verification, and other standard screenings
• E-Verify documentation
• Residency Declaration Form if working on a compact license
• Physical exam attesting ability to meet physical demands (initial and annual)
• Immunizations and health documents including:

  • Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 1 year
  • Tetanus/Diphtheria/Tdap proof
  • Measles (Rubeola), Mumps, Rubella titers or vaccinations
  • Hepatitis B vaccination or titer or signed declination
  • Varicella titer, vaccine, or history of disease
  • Seasonal flu vaccination documentation (required during flu season)
• Drug screening (9-panel) within last 12 months or within 30 days of start
• References: Two clinical or professional references required
• Performance evaluations if applicable (based on prior assignments)
• Skills checklist updated annually

• Floating between X-ray and CT modalities is required
• No call responsibilities
• Locals within 50 miles are eligible to apply
• First-time travelers are accepted for this assignment

This position is ideal for a CT Technologist with at least 1 year of experience, appropriate certification, and the ability to work night shifts on weekends with flexibility to float between X-ray and CT duties.
