Job Opportunity: CVOR Tech (Surgical Services)

Location: Pocatello, Idaho
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

• Assist with cardiovascular operating room (CVOR) cases, including CABG, valve, and vascular procedures.
• Shift: 5 days per week, 8 hours per day
• Call required: 25-33% of the time
• Charting system: Epic

Required Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Surgical Services (higher value between 1 and 2 years applied)
• Prior travel experience not required

Required Certifications & Licenses

• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• NBSTSA (National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting) Certification

Required Qualifications

• CVOR Technologist with at least 1 year of experience
• CVOR Technologist experience within the last year
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification

Additional Requirements

• 7-year background check and work history verification
• Education verification (highest level) required
• Color blindness test required
• Medication/pharmacology competency exam as applicable
• Core safety and compliance training annually
• Locals within 100-mile radius are not accepted

• Prior travel experience is not required if candidate has 2 years of experience.
• Call coverage is expected approximately 25-33% of the time.
