Job Opportunity: CT Tech
Location: Washington, District of Columbia
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Job Details
- Shift: 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
- Schedule includes 3 shifts of 12 hours each, covering Saturday & Sunday, plus either Monday or Friday
- Locals within 60 miles may be considered at a different rate
Required Qualifications
- ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a CT Technologist, including experience within the last year
- Completion of at least one prior travel assignment as a CT Technologist
Compliance & Documentation Requirements
- I-9 and E-Verify attestation required upon hire
- Valid driver's license required if driving is an essential job function
- Criminal background check within 90 days of start, including multi-state searches
- Drug screen within 90 days of start (does not include marijuana)
- Annual physical exam confirming ability to perform work without accommodations and free from communicable disease
- Immunizations and health documentation required:
- Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 1 year
- Tdap vaccine within 10 years preferred
- Documentation of MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella) vaccinations or positive titers
- Hepatitis B titer, series, or signed declination
- Varicella vaccination or positive titer
- Seasonal flu vaccination or approved medical/religious exemption during flu season
Additional Requirements
- Two positive supervisory references supporting at least two years of experience within the last three years
- Complete 7 years of work history with no gaps, including education, employment, license, and contact information
- Skills checklist and competency exams as required prior to start and updated annually
- Completion of facility-specific orientation modules before start date
- Annual acknowledgment of safety manual and compliance with all required certifications and competencies
Notes
- This position requires working night shifts and weekend coverage.
- Prior travel experience is mandatory for this travel contract role.
- All certifications and documentation must be current and verifiable before the start date.
