Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (No call, no weekends, no holidays)

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Cath Lab Technologist, including experience within the last year.
• At least 1 year of experience as an Electrophysiology (EP) Technician.
• Must hold a valid license or certification appropriate for Cath Lab Technicians in Georgia.
• American Heart Association BLS certification required.
• Must meet all health and professional credential requirements prior to onboarding, including but not limited to:

  • Fit Test
  • 10 Panel Drug Screen (completed within 30 days of start)
  • COVID-19 Vaccine (including booster or approved exemption)
  • Influenza Vaccine (or approved exemption)
  • MMR vaccination or immunity proof
  • Hepatitis B vaccination series (proof of initiation required before start)
  • 2 Step PPD or IGRA TB test (with chest x-ray if positive)
  • Varicella vaccination or immunity proof
  • Physical/Health Statement confirming fitness to work (within last year)

Additional Onboarding Requirements

• Verification of license/certification within 30 days of start date.
• Completion of various professional forms and background checks, including:

  • Criminal background check (federal, nationwide, county for last 7 years)
  • Education verification
  • Conflict of interest disclosure
  • Code of conduct agreement
  • Confidentiality and security agreement
  • Integrity and audit services form
  • OFAC, EPLS, GSA/OIG, NSO screenings (all dated within 30 days of start)
  • System access form (to be completed one week before start)
  • Skills checklist provided by agency for clinical contractors
  • CORE exam within the last year

Notes

• Prior travel experience is not explicitly required for this position.
• The role is strictly day shift with no on-call, weekend, or holiday work.
