Job Opportunity: EP Tech
Location: Athens, Georgia
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (No call, no weekends, no holidays)
Job Specialty
- Cath Lab Technician
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Cath Lab Technologist, including experience within the last year.
- At least 1 year of experience as an Electrophysiology (EP) Technician.
- Must hold a valid license or certification appropriate for Cath Lab Technicians in Georgia.
- American Heart Association BLS certification required.
- Must meet all health and professional credential requirements prior to onboarding, including but not limited to:
- Fit Test
- 10 Panel Drug Screen (completed within 30 days of start)
- COVID-19 Vaccine (including booster or approved exemption)
- Influenza Vaccine (or approved exemption)
- MMR vaccination or immunity proof
- Hepatitis B vaccination series (proof of initiation required before start)
- 2 Step PPD or IGRA TB test (with chest x-ray if positive)
- Varicella vaccination or immunity proof
- Physical/Health Statement confirming fitness to work (within last year)
Additional Onboarding Requirements
- Verification of license/certification within 30 days of start date.
- Completion of various professional forms and background checks, including:
- Criminal background check (federal, nationwide, county for last 7 years)
- Education verification
- Conflict of interest disclosure
- Code of conduct agreement
- Confidentiality and security agreement
- Integrity and audit services form
- OFAC, EPLS, GSA/OIG, NSO screenings (all dated within 30 days of start)
- System access form (to be completed one week before start)
- Skills checklist provided by agency for clinical contractors
- CORE exam within the last year

- Prior travel experience is not explicitly required for this position.
- The role is strictly day shift with no on-call, weekend, or holiday work.
