Job Opportunity: Special Procedures Tech - Radiology

Location: Denver, Colorado
Employment Type: Travel
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Unit Information

Department: Interventional Radiology
Shift: Day shift, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM, 4x10 schedule
Night shift: On-call 1 weekday and 1 weekend per month
Staff: 3 techs on unit
Equipment: Siemens Interventional Radiology systems
EMR System: Meditech
Patient Ratios: Not specified

Typical Procedures

Y-90 treatments
Lines placement
Complex biliary procedures
Biopsies
Vascular procedures
No neuro procedures

Required Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience as an Interventional Radiology Technologist, including experience within the last year
ARRT Certification
BLS Certification
Interventional Radiology (IR) technician experience

Additional Information

Travel position available during winter months in Colorado
One day off per week and most weekends off
