We're hiring a licensed pharmacist for a contract position where you’ll use your clinical expertise to ensure the safe and thoughtful distribution of medications to individuals navigating a range of physical and mental health challenges. Minimum Requirements:

• Must have State License to Apply (Kentucky).
• 13 week assignment duration required by client.
• EPIC experience required.
• Medication reconciliation experience for discharge medication lists required.
• Experience with antimicrobial stewardship and ability to interpret culture results and make recommendations (UTI, pneumonia, SSTI, etc.) required.
• Pharmacokinetic dosing management and monitoring experience required.
• Anticoagulation dosing management and monitoring experience required.
• Experience maintaining controlled substance accountability and documentation required.
• Experience with sterile product preparation, labeling, and expiration dating required.
• Experience conducting unit inspections and pharmacy inventory processes required.
• 6 months Pharmacist experience preferred.

• Float Requirement: May be required to float to other facilities as needed.
