Unit Overview

Specialty: Home Health Occupational Therapy

Setting: Home Health (Community-based)

Patient Population: Adults
-
Visit Model: 1:1 patient visits
-
Productivity: ~27–30 points; typically 4–6 visits/day

Territory: Assigned territory with occasional travel up to ~100 miles

Documentation Tools: Provided (must be returned)
Schedule

Shift: Day, 5×8 hours (08:00–17:30)

Locals: Accepted

First-time travelers: Accepted
Experience Requirements (HARD STOPS)

Minimum 1 year of recent Skilled OT experience
-
At least 1 year within the last 3 years

Inpatient-only experience NOT accepted

OASIS experience REQUIRED

Must be comfortable working independently in the field
