Description

Job Title: EP Lab & Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist / RN (Invasive Cardiology)

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Invasive Cardiology professional with EP Lab and Cardiac Cath Lab competencies to support a high-volume, advanced cardiovascular program. This role supports both Cardiac Catheterization and Electrophysiology services within a comprehensive invasive cardiology unit.

Unit Information – Invasive Cardiology

4 dedicated Cardiac Catheterization Labs
2 dedicated Electrophysiology Labs
23 prep/recovery bays
Over 6,000 procedures annually

Advanced procedures include but are not limited to:

Complex coronary interventions
Structural heart procedures (TAVR, mitral valve clip)
VAD / ECMO support
Left atrial appendage occlusion
PFO / ASD closures
Complex atrial & ventricular ablations
Pacemaker / ICD implant & explant
Cardioversion
Pulmonary artery pressure sensor implantation
Peripheral interventions
Pulmonary embolectomy procedures

Schedule Requirements

Shift: Day 4x10-hour shifts (06:00 – 16:30)
Day Shift
10-hour shifts between 6:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Weekends: As needed
Must be willing to stay until the last patient is cared for
Call: No call required
Holidays: No holidays
Floating: As needed

Minimum Requirements

Experience: Minimum 2 years recent EP Lab and Cardiac Cath Lab experience
Certifications:
- ACLS (required)
- BLS (required)
EMR / Charting: Epic experience heavily preferred

Pre-Screen & Interview Process

Pre-Screen Unit:
- Candidate reviewed by clinical team to determine clinical fit
- If clinically approved and within WellSpan guidelines, profile sent to hiring manager
- Clinical screens conducted on a case-by-case basis
Interview: Manager interview

Additional Information

May care for COVID-positive patients
Tobacco- and fragrance-free facility – traveler must be notified prior to submission
RTO: Maximum of 7 days
