Title: Outpatient Occupational Therapist
Location: Marion, IN
Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: Day shift, 5×8 hours (08:00–16:30), Monday–Friday
(4×8 Monday–Thursday schedule may also be available)

Job Responsibilities and Required/Preferred Skills & Requirements

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide outpatient occupational therapy evaluations and treatments

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve patient function and independence

• Document patient progress and outcomes in the electronic medical record

• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams

• Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic exercises and functional strategies

• Maintain compliance with professional standards and facility policies

Required Qualifications:

• Occupational Therapy degree from an accredited program

• Active Indiana state license or Compact license

• Minimum of 2 years of outpatient OT experience

• Prior travel experience

• Ability to work weekday day shifts with no weekends or holidays

• Supervisor reference within the last 12 months

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Meditech charting system

• Flexibility in scheduling (5×8 or 4×8 option)
