Title: Occupational Therapist (OT) – SNF
Location: Yuba City, CA
Duration: 13 weeks (possible extension 13–26 weeks)
Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 16:30)

Job Responsibilities and Required/Preferred Skills:

• Provide occupational therapy services in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting.

• Treat patients across acute care and pediatric populations.

• Utilize modalities and manual therapies including biofeedback, cardiac rehabilitation, edema massage, electrical stimulation, feeding techniques, TENS, and ultrasound.

• Manage orthopedic cases such as arthritis programs, hand injuries, hip and knee fractures/replacements, soft tissue injuries.

• Implement prosthetics and orthotics interventions including above/below knee prosthetics, dynamic and functional splints, orthoplast, serial/inhibitory, static splints, and upper extremity prosthetics.

• Document patient care and maintain charting using any required system.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• California OT license in hand (must be active within 8 weeks).

• Minimum 1 year of experience in SNF preferred; new graduates may be considered.

• BLS certification.

• Proficient in patient care for acute, pediatric, and orthopedic populations.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with SNF patients.

• Ability to float or assist with occasional weekend coverage as needed.
