Description

Title: Interventional Radiology Technologist
Location: Providence, RI
Duration:13-Week Contract
Shift: Day Shift | 5x8 hours | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
(On-call required)

Job Responsibilities

Perform interventional radiology procedures in a special procedures setting
Scrub and circulate during IR cases while maintaining a sterile field
Set up and operate IR equipment and procedural rooms
Assist physicians with endovascular and genitourinary procedures
Monitor patients and interpret cardiac rhythms during procedures
Utilize vascular closure devices such as Perclose and StarClose
Support laser-assisted and scrub procedures
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe and efficient patient care

Required Skills, Experience, and Qualifications

ARRT (R) certification
CCI RCIS certification
Active Rhode Island radiology license (must be active prior to start)
Current BLS certification
Experience with interventional radiology procedures and scrub techniques
Ability to take call as scheduled
Proficiency in interpretation of dysrhythmias
