Description

Job Title: RN – Neuro Stepdown
Location: 1901 Tate Springs Rd, Lynchburg, VA 24501
Shift: Nights, 4×12 (18:45 – 07:15)
Schedule: 2–3 weekends per month; travelers float first

Required Skills & Experience:

Minimum 2 years of acute care RN experience, preferably in Neuro
Strong Neuro Stepdown/ICU background including dysrhythmia management, CVA/Stroke care, ventilated patients, arterial line management
Experience with IV therapy, insulin drips, and neuro-focused patient monitoring

Required Certifications:

AHA BLS, ACLS, NIHSS (all required at submission)

Preferred Skills & Experience:

Cerner/Oracle Health EMR experience
Previous Neuro ICU or Neuro Intermediate experience
