Job Title
Registered Nurse – Cardiac Catheterization Lab (Cath Lab)

Key Responsibilities
-
Perform diagnostic and interventional hemodynamic monitoring
-
Assist with neuro-interventional, vascular, and structural heart procedures
-
Operate Cath Lab–specific hemodynamic monitoring equipment
-
Administer and monitor conscious sedation for adult patients in accordance with SCHS policies and guidelines
-
Perform diagnostic hemodynamic monitoring and other non-invasive cardiovascular diagnostic procedures
-
Assist with recovery of Cath Lab patients in SSU or PACU as needed
-
Utilize Philips imaging systems and Client Claris for procedures and documentation
Required Qualifications
-
Minimum 1 year of recent Cath Lab RN experience

Experience with diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures
-
Ability to perform hemodynamic monitoring independently

On-call availability required
Current Certifications
-
BLS
-
ACLS
Preferred Qualifications
-
Epic charting experience
-
First-time travelers accepted
