Title: Physical Therapist (PT) – Outpatient

Location: Yuba City, CA

Duration: 13 weeks

Shift: Day shift – 5x8 hours (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM)
Alternate schedules may be available (Mon–Fri early start or 4x10s)

Job Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a diverse patient population

• Evaluate, treat, and progress patients with post-operative, non-surgical, orthopedic, vestibular, pelvic floor, geriatric, athletic, and chronic pain conditions

• Manage a fast-paced outpatient caseload while maintaining quality patient care

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

• Document evaluations, treatments, and patient progress using electronic charting systems

• Collaborate with a supportive interdisciplinary team in a high-volume clinic setting

• Educate patients on injury prevention, exercise programs, and functional mobility

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Active or pending California Physical Therapist license

• CPR certification

• Ability to work efficiently in a high-paced outpatient environment

• Comfort managing 14–16 patients per 8-hour day

• Strong clinical and documentation skills

• Willingness to commit to a temporary coverage assignment starting 2/2/26

Preferred Skills & Experience

• 1 year of outpatient physical therapy experience (other settings considered)

• Pelvic floor therapy experience

• Experience with vestibular rehabilitation

• Familiarity with Office our financial client charting system

• New graduates and therapists new to outpatient settings are welcome

• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented clinic environment
