Title: MRI Technologist
Location: Saratoga Springs, NY
Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: Night shift, 5x8 hours (19:00 – 07:00)

Job responsibilities and all required and preferred skills and requirements

MRI Technologist responsible for performing high-quality MRI examinations on scheduled patients in accordance with physician orders and established protocols. Duties include patient screening and preparation, safe operation of MRI equipment, administration of contrast per scope and certification, monitoring patient condition during scans, and ensuring image quality and accurate documentation. Maintains MRI safety standards, infection control practices, and collaborates with radiologists and interdisciplinary teams to support efficient departmental workflow.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of MRI experience

• Licensure/Certifications:

  • ARRT (MRI)

  • New York State radiologic license

  • NYS injection registration

• Equipment Experience: Philips MRI systems required

Preferred Skills:

• Strong patient communication and positioning skills

• Ability to work independently during night shifts

• Attention to detail and adherence to MRI safety standards
