Job Details:
📍 Job Title: RN - CVICU - Nights
📌 Facility Location: Rochester, NY
⏰ Shifts: NIGHTS - 12HRS: 7PM-7AM
📆 Duration: 13 Weeks

Required Licensure & Certifications

Active New York Single-State RN License
BLS, ACLS, NIHSS (required)

Schedule & Requirements

Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
Charting System: EPIC (required)
Floating: Required within scope of competency
Scrub Color: Any combination of navy blue and white

Required Clinical Skills

Arterial line management, central line and PICC care, blood product administration
Ventilator management, HFNC, BiPAP/CPAP support, ABG interpretation
Assist with chest tube insertion/removal and care of ventilated patients
Continuous IV sedation and paralytics; administration and monitoring of procedural sedation
Titration of cardiac and vasoactive drips; emergency medication management
Cardiac surgery and device experience including CABG, Impella, IABP, LVAD/RVAD
Swan-Ganz catheter monitoring and advanced hemodynamic monitoring
CVVHD/CRRT management
Dysrhythmia interpretation and management; 12-lead EKG acquisition
Infection prevention, PPE use, wound vac care
Management of patients with multisystem organ dysfunction or failure
