Title: Physical Therapist – Inpatient Rehabilitation
Location: Florence, SC
Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: Day shift, 5x8 hours (08:00 – 16:30)

Job Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient physical therapy services in a hospital-based rehabilitation setting

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care to improve mobility, strength, and functional independence

• Deliver therapeutic interventions consistent with inpatient rehab standards of care

• Perform ongoing reassessments and adjust treatment plans as needed

• Document evaluations, treatments, progress notes, and outcomes accurately in the electronic medical record

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to support patient recovery and discharge planning

• Participate in scheduled weekend coverage as required

Required Skills & Requirements

• Active South Carolina or multistate compact Physical Therapist license at the start of the contract

• BLS certification

• Minimum of 1 year of inpatient or rehabilitation physical therapy experience

• Prior travel experience required

• Ability to work in a hospital-based inpatient rehabilitation environment

• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills

• Willingness to work one weekend per month

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Experience in inpatient rehabilitation units

• Familiarity with Epic electronic medical record system

• Experience collaborating within multidisciplinary hospital teams

• Flexibility to assist with patient care needs during holidays if required
