Registered Nurse – ER
Facility: Ardent Health Services – Lovelace Women's Hospital
Location: 4705 Montgomery Blvd NE, Albuquerque, NM 87109
Start Date: January 19, 2026
Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: Nights – 3x12 Hours (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
Schedule: Every other weekend; 3 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule minimum

Position Overview
The Emergency Room is a high-acuity, community-based ED caring for patients of all ages, from neonates to geriatrics. Nurses will primarily work in the ER but may float within scope as needed. The unit manages medical, surgical, trauma, OB/GYN, and pediatric emergencies. First-time travel nurses are accepted.
Requirements
Licensure: Active NM RN License or Compact License – Required (Must be in hand at submission)
Experience: Minimum 2 years recent ER experience – Required

Patient Ratio Experience: Comfortable with 1:4–1:5 ratios – Required

Hospital Experience: Community Hospital – Required; Level II Trauma – Preferred
Charting System: Epic – Preferred

Special Equipment: Rapid Infuser, EZ IO, Lifepack 15/20, Client Monitors, Client EKG, Glidescope
