Title: Interventional Radiology Technologist
Location: Fayetteville, NC
Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: Day 3x12-hour shifts (07:00 – 19:00); non-consecutive days, weekends and call required

Job responsibilities and all required and preferred skills and requirements:

• Perform interventional radiology procedures in a special procedures/IR unit

• Assist physicians with diagnostic and therapeutic IR procedures

• Operate and maintain IR imaging equipment and ensure patient safety

• Provide patient care before, during, and after procedures

• Participate in on-call coverage and weekend rotations (every other weekend)

• Float between like units within scope as needed

• Work in a fast-paced acute care, trauma, and teaching hospital environment

• Comply with departmental policies, call-back requirements, and make-up shifts for callouts

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 2 years of Interventional Radiology experience (required)

• Prior IR experience is mandatory; first-time travelers accepted

• Ability to work days, weekends, and take call

• Experience in acute care hospital settings

• Familiarity with Epic charting system

• Ability to work flexible schedules with non-consecutive shifts

• Strong clinical, technical, and patient care skills
