Description
Title: Occupational Therapist – Home Health
Location: Burlingame, CA
Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 17:00)
Job Responsibilities and Requirements:

Provide home health OT services, focusing on gait, strength, and range of motion.

Average patient load: 5-6 patients per day; points-based productivity (26-30 points/day to qualify for 40 hours guaranteed).

Work independently in metropolitan areas; must be comfortable navigating areas with homeless populations (patients not part of caseload).
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of home health experience with OASIS documentation.

Valid CA OT license in hand.

BLS certification.

References from previous home health or hospice agencies.

Familiarity with Kinnser/Wellsky charting systems preferred.
Preferred Skills:

Experience with patients with alcohol or substance abuse (not mandatory).

Comfortable managing independent travel within San Francisco and surrounding areas.
