About the Position
Position / Specialty: Dialysis RN Days ***12-Weeks***
Shift: 3x12 Days 6:30a-7p (Monday-Saturday)
Ratios: 1:2
Weekend REQ: Every other weekend
Is on-call REQ? (Y/N): Yes, 2 weekday PM call shifts every 4 weeks and 1 PM call shift every 4 weeks.
Will this traveler need to float within scope to meet facility needs/float between like units/sister facilities? No
Required/Preferred
Years of experience REQ: 1 year of acute dialysis experience
First-timers accepted: (Y/N): Yes
License REQ: SC license or Compact license must be in hand prior to start
Certs REQ: BLS
Certs Pref: ACLS
Trauma Level REQ: N/A
Equipment Experience Pref: Fresenius 2008T, Mobile Reverse Osmosis Machines
Miscellaneous
Open to accommodating block schedule? (Y/N): Approval can be requested prior to assignment, but not guaranteed.
Local Radius: 60 miles
Locals Accepted: (Y/N): Yes, at 10% less than the posted bill rate
RTO Restrictions for Client Offers: All RTO must be included at time of submission. Approval will be based on facility needs
Guaranteed Hours: Facility is allowed to call off 1 shift per 2 weeks.

The peak months for hurricane activity are August and September.**
