Description
Position: Travel RN – Oncology (Outpatient Chemo)
Location: Tyler, TX 75708
Shift: Day Shift | 5x8-Hour (08:00 – 17:00)
Contract Type: Travel Assignment
Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Oncology Registered Nurse for an outpatient chemotherapy infusion unit. The RN will administer chemotherapy and immunotherapy treatments and provide comprehensive care to oncology and hematology patients in an ambulatory setting.
Requirements

Minimum 2 years of Oncology RN experience

Travel experience required
-
Active RN license
-
BLS (AHA)
-
Chemotherapy Certification (ONS / ONCC Advanced required)

EPIC charting experience – required
Patient Population
-
All cancer diagnoses
-
Hematology patients (malignant and non-malignant)
Unit Details / Responsibilities

Chemotherapy and immunotherapy administration
-
IV therapy and medication administration
-
Patient education and symptom management
-
Monitoring and managing treatment reactions
-
Coordination of care with oncology providers
