Job Title : Surgical Services - Certified OR Tech / Surgical Tech (CST)
Duration : 13 weeks
Shift : Day 4x10-Hour (11:00 am - 9:30 pm )
Location : Springfield, OR 97477

Requirement:
Candidates must demonstrate strong proficiency in robotics, along with extensive vascular and ophthalmology experience, to be considered for this position.

Surgical Technologist (CST)
Requirement:
Candidates must demonstrate strong proficiency in robotics, along with extensive vascular and ophthalmology experience, to be considered for this position.
Experience Requirements
- Minimum Experience: 3 years as a CST with demonstrated proficiency in:
- Ophthalmology: Vitrectomies, scleral buckles, retina, and cataracts (required)
- General surgery
- Orthopedics and neuro trauma
- Basic urology
- Major vascular procedures (AAA)
- Must be able to scrub independently without vendor support for knees, hips, and preferably shoulders
- Level II trauma experience required; Level I preferred
Certifications
- CST certification required
- BLS required
- ACLS preferred
- NBSTSA or NCCT
- Case Mix / Service Lines
- Busiest Service Lines:
- Orthopedics: Minimum 2 years Level 1–2 experience (total joints and trauma)
- Neuro: Minimum 2 years Level 1–2 experience (including craniotomies)
- General/Trauma
- Vascular
- GYN/Urology
- Robotics
- Trauma Level: Busy Level II Trauma Center (Level I experience preferred)
- Robotics Program: Robotic Center of Excellence with 3 Xi robots and 2 DV5 systems
- Daily Volume: Approximately 60–70 cases per day
