Position Details

Experience & Requirements

• Years of Experience: Minimum 1 year

• Required Experience:

  • Acute care hospital experience (required)

• Licensure:

  • Alaska license as LMSW or LCSW

  • Pending AK license accepted

• Certifications:

  • AK LMSW or LCSW (required prior to start if pending)

• EMR: Epic experience preferred

Local & Travel Guidelines

• Locals Accepted: No

  • Candidate's permanent address must be 50 miles from the facility

• Guaranteed Hours:

  • 70 hours per 2 weeks

  • Traveler may be called off for one (1) 8-hour shift per 2-week period

• RTO:

  • All requested time off must be included at submission
