Position: Registered Nurse – ER (Adult)
Location: Rochester, NY
Shift: Night | 3x12 (19:00–07:00)
Contract: 13 Weeks

Scheduling & Charting:

• Charting: EPIC required

• Weekends: Every other

• Holidays: Every other, as needed

• RTO/Block scheduling must be submitted at time of submission

• Call-offs: Up to 3 shifts per 13-week contract

• First-time travelers: Accepted

• Locals: RN within 75 miles not accepted (LPN locals accepted)

Licensure & Certifications:

• Active NY RN license required (NY non-compact)

• BLS, ACLS, NIHSS required

Unit Details:

• Ratios: 1:5

• Population: Adult & Geriatric ER

• Floating within skillset required

• Equipment: Bair Hugger, Rapid Infuser, Safe Patient Handling

• Scrubs: Navy blue & white

Required Skills:

• IV therapy (blood products, central lines, phlebotomy, IV starts)

• IV vasopressors

• CPAP/BiPAP, ventilator management

• Stroke, neuro-trauma, SCI, TBI

• Cardiac monitoring & dysrhythmia management

• Adult & pediatric emergency care, ortho trauma, GSWs

• Triage & isolation precautions
