📍 Job Title: Registered Nurse – MS/Telemetry

📆 Duration: 13 Weeks

⏰ Shift: Night 3x12-Hour (07:00 PM – 07:00 AM)

• Weekend Requirement: Every Other Weekend

Important Requirements:

• MUST have NY RN License in hand – NO exceptions

• Locals not accepted: Must reside more than 75 miles from the facility

• First-time travelers accepted

Experience & Certification Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year RN experience

• BLS certification required

• EPIC charting experience required

Unit Details:

• 26-bed MS/Telemetry unit

• Patient population includes post:

  • PCI

  • Pacemaker & AICD placement

  • Myocardial infarction (MI)

  • Cardiac pharmacological interventions

• Nurse-to-patient ratio: 1:5 to 1:7 (MedSurg)

Skills Required:

Cardiac Monitoring & Emergency Response

• Interpretation & management of dysrhythmias

• Rapid Response & Code Team utilization

IV Therapy

• Peripheral IV line care & management

Respiratory Care

• Nasal cannula

• Oxygen face masks

• Portable oxygen tanks

• Non-invasive airway management

Professional Skills

• Isolation precautions
