Title: Radiology Manager – MRI Supervisor
Location: La Jolla, CA
Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: Days & Mids, 5x8s (primarily 07:00–15:30; some days 14:00–23:00), Monday–Friday with every third weekend coverage

Role Overview

• Lead and supervise MRI operations, supporting approximately 90 visits per day.

• Oversee daily workflow, staffing, productivity, quality, and regulatory readiness across MRI services.

• Manage performance improvement, patient satisfaction initiatives, and interdisciplinary collaboration.

• Provide operational leadership across varied settings including inpatient acute care, emergency department, outpatient clinics, and radiology services.

• Supervise equipment utilization including Client and Siemens MRI systems (2 × 3T and 2 × 1.5T magnets).

Required Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 3 years in radiology leadership or management role.

• Charting System: Epic (required).

• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, ARRT (R).

• Weekend Coverage: Every third weekend (5 weekend shifts per contract).

• Vaccinations: COVID-19 (with booster) and Flu vaccine per facility guidelines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous charge or supervisory experience.

• Teaching hospital, community hospital, LTAC, Trauma Level I or II experience.

• Experience across multiple care settings including children's hospitals, rehab, psychiatric, assisted living, skilled nursing, and LTAC facilities.
