Job Title

Registered Nurse (RN)-Dialysis

Location

Bend, OR 97701

Duration

13 Weeks (Travel Assignment)

Shift

4x10 Hour Day Shifts

  • On-Call Required: 6:30 PM – 8:00 AM; Sundays: 24 Hours

  • Weekend Requirement: Every Other Weekend (EOW)

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care while maintaining safe nurse-to-patient ratios (1:2 days; 1:1 nights as applicable)

  • May be assigned Charge RN duties as needed; must demonstrate leadership and unit coordination skills

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes

  • Float within scope of practice to St. Charles Bend and Madras campuses as needed

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation using Epic EMR (preferred)

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of recent RN experience

  • Prior Charge RN experience required (must be highlighted at submission)

  • Ability to float within scope to sister facilities

  • Pending licenses not accepted

Current Certifications

  • BLS (AHA)

  • ACLS (AHA)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Epic EMR experience

  • Prior travel nursing experience (first-time travelers accepted)

Distance Requirement

  • Locals not accepted

  • Must reside 75 miles or more from the facility

  • Proof of address required at submission
