Registered Nurse (RN)-Dialysis

13 Weeks (Travel Assignment)
Shift
4x10 Hour Day Shifts

On-Call Required: 6:30 PM – 8:00 AM; Sundays: 24 Hours

Weekend Requirement: Every Other Weekend (EOW)
Key Responsibilities
-
Provide direct patient care while maintaining safe nurse-to-patient ratios (1:2 days; 1:1 nights as applicable)
-
May be assigned Charge RN duties as needed; must demonstrate leadership and unit coordination skills
-
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
-
Float within scope of practice to St. Charles Bend and Madras campuses as needed
-
Maintain accurate and timely documentation using Epic EMR (preferred)
Required Qualifications
-
Minimum 1 year of recent RN experience
-
Prior Charge RN experience required (must be highlighted at submission)

Ability to float within scope to sister facilities
-
Pending licenses not accepted
Current Certifications
-
BLS (AHA)
-
ACLS (AHA)
Preferred Qualifications
-
Epic EMR experience
-
Prior travel nursing experience (first-time travelers accepted)
Distance Requirement

Locals not accepted

Must reside 75 miles or more from the facility
