Job Details:
📍 Job Title: RN - Telemetry
📌 Facility Location: Saratoga Springs, NY 12866
⏰ Shifts: Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30)
📆 Duration: 13 Week

Requirements

Active New York RN License (must be in hand)
BLS and ACLS certifications required
Minimum 2 years of RN experience
At least 1 year of recent telemetry experience
EPIC charting experience required
Must be able to read and interpret cardiac rhythms
- Required to pass a hospital-proctored telemetry exam
- >80% accuracy in rhythm identification
- 100% accuracy in identifying critical rhythms
Flu vaccine or approved exemption required
Experience with critical drips and CVA patients is a plus

Unit Details

Patient Ratio: 1:4–5
Float Call-Off Policy: Maximum of 3 call-offs per contract
Floating required across designated units based on staffing needs
