Title: Interventional Radiology Technologist
Location: Florence, SC
Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: Day shift, 5x8-hour shifts (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM)

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform interventional radiology procedures in a tertiary hospital setting.

• Support a daily caseload of approximately 4 cases per technologist.

• Assist with general interventional radiology procedures, including interventional CT and ultrasound.

• Participate in stress tests and other radiology-related patient monitoring as needed.

• Maintain strict sterile technique and adhere to infection control and isolation precautions.

• Collaborate with the radiology interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, efficient patient care.

• Take on-call responsibilities in a rotating schedule with other technologists.

• Provide weekend coverage every third weekend.

• Utilize Epic for charting and documentation.

• Wear and maintain a radiation badge provided by the agency.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of Interventional Radiology experience.

• Experience with general IR procedures required.

• ARRT (R) certification.

• BLS certification.

• SCQRSA certification.

• Ability to take call and work rotating weekends.

• Adult and geriatric patient care experience.

• First-time travelers accepted.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Neuro Interventional Radiology experience.

• Lead technologist experience.
