Description

Registered Nurse - Case Manager
Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 16:30)
Required:
2 years of Case Manager experience
Experience with Oncology and PEDS
Skills:
Responsible for road map - will be customized per patient coordinating follow up appointments ordering and follow up of labs/appointments/scans
Experience with Neuro Oncology patients
Certifications:
Required - PALS or PEARS, CA state license
Preferred - CPHON
