🩺 Title: Registered Nurse – MS/Tele
📍 Location: 1425 Portland Ave, Bldg 3 Rochester, NY 14621
📆 Contract Length: 13 Weeks

Shift & Schedule

• Night Shift: 3x12 (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)

• Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend

• Holiday Requirement: Every other holiday, if needed

• RTO / Block Scheduling: Must be submitted at time of submittal

• Call-Off Policy: Facility may cancel up to 3 shifts during the 13-week contract

Licensing & Certifications

• Active New York RN License REQUIRED (NY is not a compact state; pending licenses not accepted)

• BLS Required

Experience & Charting

• Recent acute care experience within the last 6 months required

• EPIC experience required

• First-time travelers accepted

• Local RNs not accepted (must reside more than 75 miles from facility; locals accepted for LPNs only)

Unit Details

• Medical Surgical / Telemetry unit (specific unit assigned at offer)

• Nurse-to-patient ratio: 1:5 to 1:7

• Floating required within RN skill set

Required Clinical Skills

• Cardiac monitoring and emergency response (dysrhythmia interpretation/management, Rapid Response/Code team activation)

• IV therapy and phlebotomy (peripheral IV care/management)

• Oxygen administration (nasal cannula, oxygen tanks, non-invasive airway management)

• Isolation precautions

Dress Code

• Scrub color: Any combination of navy blue and white
