Description

Title: X-Ray Technologist
Location: Geneva, NY
Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: Day, 3x12-hour shifts (07:15 AM – 09:00 PM), Tuesday–Thursday with rotation of call, evenings, weekends, and shift coverage for staff vacations

Job Responsibilities and Required / Preferred Skills & Requirements

Overview & Responsibilities

Perform diagnostic radiographic procedures in adult acute care, adult outpatient, bedside/portable, and pediatric outpatient settings.
Operate C-Arm for mobile and surgical procedures.
Conduct routine and trauma imaging for chest, abdomen, spine, pelvis, upper and lower extremities.
Utilize PACS for image processing, documentation, and quality assurance.
Apply isolation precautions and ensure patient safety across all age groups including neonate through geriatric populations.
Rotate call, evening, and weekend coverage as required to support department staffing needs.

Required Certifications

ARRT (R) – Radiography
BLS – Basic Life Support
Active state license must be in hand prior to start.

Experience Requirements

Minimum of 1 year of X-Ray Technologist experience.
Travel experience not required.
