📍 Job Title: Registered Nurse – MS/Tele (Resource Pool / Float)
📌 Facility Location: 75 Beekman St, Plattsburgh, NY 12901
⏰ Shifts: Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 – 07:00)
📆 Duration: 13 Weeks (Assignment may extend 16–32 weeks)

🗓️ Scheduling & Assignment Details

• Weekend Requirement: Minimum every other weekend (schedule may be adjusted based on unit needs)

• Block Scheduling: Not permitted for any reason

• Float Requirement: Resource Pool Float – MS/Tele; expected to work ED HOLD patients

• IVS to Offer: Monday – Sunday

• Orientation: Bi-weekly on Mondays (next available per facility schedule)

📜 License & Certifications

• License: Active NY RN License or proof of application with applied date at time of submission

  • Note: NY licensing takes approximately 6–8 weeks; start dates will consider this

• Required Certification: AHA BLS

• Preferred Certifications: CMSRN

• Additional Requirement: NIHSS required prior to start

🩺 Experience & System Requirements

• Minimum Experience: 1 year MS/Tele experience

• Charting System: Epic experience within the past 2 years (Required & non-negotiable)

🏥 Additional Facility Requirements

• All employment gaps over 90 days must be explained

• Complete work history required for submission (bed count, EMR, facility type, etc.)

• Public transportation is NOT accessible

  • Reliable personal or rental vehicle strongly recommended

  • Vehicles must have all-season or snow tires (November–April)
