Vascular OR RN

Shift: will work 3x12s, 630a-7p (shifts will be scheduled per unit needs Monday-Friday (36 hours/week)
Is on-call REQ? yes, 5-8 calls per month, including a weekend
Holiday requirements: Holiday call may be required

Years of experience REQ: 2
Experience required: Must be able to scrub and circulate complex vascular cases
First-timers accepted: Not preferred
License Required: SC or Multi-state RN license must be in hand at start of contract
Certs REQ: BLS, ACLS-must be AHA
Required: Radiation badge. radiation badge to be provided by agency

What is the local radius rule? 60 miles
Locals accepted: Yes, on a case by case basis at 10% less than the posted bill rate
RTO Restrictions: all RTO must be provided at the time of submission. Approvals based on dept needs
Facility able to call off traveler 1 shift per 2 weeks (pay period). These hours can be broken down to add up to 1 shift.

Endovascular, TEVAR, FEVAR, AAA, EVAR, cold leg, Thrombectomy, Amputation,
Carotid, Av Fistuala, etc

Parking Cost: Parking management office (located 91presidents street) to obtain parking permit. *** registration fee for a hang tag which will allow use of the garage. No additional fees. Hurricane Season** Travelers should be aware that during hurricane season, all employees and contractors may be assigned to emergency response teams. If this is a problem, please ensure travelers do not confirm a new or ext assignment during the season. Hurricane season runs from June through November each year. The peak months for hurricane activity are August and September.
