Description

Vascular OR RN

Shift: will work 3x12s, 630a-7p (shifts will be scheduled per unit needs Monday-Friday (36 hours/week)
Is on-call REQ? yes, 5-8 calls per month, including a weekend
Holiday requirements: Holiday call may be required

Years of experience REQ: 2
Experience required: Must be able to scrub and circulate complex vascular cases
First-timers accepted: Not preferred
License Required: SC or Multi-state RN license must be in hand at start of contract
Certs REQ: BLS, ACLS-must be AHA
Required: Radiation badge. radiation badge to be provided by agency

What is the local radius rule? 60 miles
Locals accepted: Yes, on a case by case basis at 10% less than the posted bill rate
RTO Restrictions: all RTO must be provided at the time of submission. Approvals based on dept needs
Facility able to call off traveler 1 shift per 2 weeks (pay period). These hours can be broken down to add up to 1 shift.

Endovascular, TEVAR, FEVAR, AAA, EVAR, cold leg, Thrombectomy, Amputation,
Carotid, Av Fistuala, etc

Parking Cost: Parking management office (located 91presidents street) to obtain parking permit. *** registration fee for a hang tag which will allow use of the garage. No additional fees. Hang tag will not cover parking in any other locations. If parking outside of the 91 Street Parking Garage, additional fees may be incurred.


Hurricane Season** Travelers should be aware that during hurricane season, all employees and contractors may be assigned to emergency response teams. If this is a problem, please ensure travelers do not confirm a new or ext assignment during the season. Hurricane season runs from June through November each year. The peak months for hurricane activity are August and September.
