Description

Job Title: Registered Nurse – Med/Surgical Float Pool
Location: Columbus, OH
Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: Days – 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM (3 x 12-hour shifts)
HPW: 36

Experience Requirements:

MUST HAVE a minimum of 2 years of recent Med/Surgical experience.
MUST HAVE experience floating between units of equivalent or lower acuity.
MUST HAVE current BCLS certification.
MUST BE proficient in IV starts and telemetry monitoring.
MUST HAVE experience using EPIC electronic health records.
MUST BE able to manage patient ratios of 1:4–5.
MUST be available for weekdays, some weekends, and holidays.
Strong communication, teamwork, organizational skills, and attention to detail required.
